<p>1. Stop touching your face unless you just washed your hands. Your hands carry tons of germs and bacteria that can spread to your face. Trust me; this is often how an outbreak can begin.</p>
<p>2. You don&#8217;t need harsh chemical washes to keep your skin clear, or to clear up your acne really fast. The best thing to use is warm water on a clean washcloth.</p>
<p>3. Touch your face as little as possible. This can be hard but can be done. There is dirt on so many things that you touch like doorknobs, phones, elevator buttons, and toilet doors etc. Washing your hands often, at least for a minimum of 24 seconds will ensure that the germs are dead.</p>
<p>4. Simply take a piece of cucumber and mush it till it becomes kind of like a watery paste. Then put it over your face and leave it there for around 20 minutes. This is a nice routine after a stressful day, because it will relax your mind and sooth your nerves. And it&#8217;s a good cleansing ritual for your skin.</p>

<p>Why tomatoes?</p>
<p>Because tomatoes contain antioxidant properties that can treat and heal acne when applied directly on acne affected areas. Furthermore, it will also help prevent acne by reducing the size of skin pores.</p>
<p>And more importantly, tomatoes contain cleansing properties that when consumed, it can help cleanse and flush out acne causing toxins from within your body.</p>
<p>And you probably don&#8217;t know this but, one of the main reasons why you have acne is because your body contains too much toxins. So for your body to eliminate them quickly, it uses your skin as a secondary channel of elimination.</p>
<p>And this is why your skin to breaks out.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how you can treat acne using tomatoes:</p>
<p>Now there are two ways to treat acne with tomatoes and I recommend you do them both. Here&#8217;s the first way:</p>
